Montevideo is the capital of Uruguay. Montevideo is located in the south of Uruguay. Montevideo is a small city, buy the population is 1.700.000. The weather in winter is very cold; it's windy, cloudy, rainy and sometimes stormy.
Montevideo has a Port; it's an important place to visit. The Legislative Palace, The Port Market, The "cabildo" are important places.
The activities during the day are shopping and the park; and the activities at night are dancing, restaurant and "rambla".
The problems are pollution, traffic and trash. The popular foods are chivito, barbecue and pasta.
