Montevideo is the capital of Uruguay. It's located in the South of the country.
In summer it's chilly but in winter is cold.
You shold visit shopping centers, restaurants, the "Rambla" , Estadium "Centenario" and the "Parque Rodo."
You can buy pant.
You shold eat past and fish.
The problems in the city is the crime and the traffic.
